Venda is pleased to renew for the third year our support for The Children’s Safety Education Foundation (CSEF) - a national charity committed to the provision of interactive safety education in order to reduce the number of children who are victims of unintentional injuries.
Working in partnership with the emergency services, schools and government bodies the CSEF provides educational programmes and resources covering topics from fire, road and water safety to social issues such as drugs, alcohol and solvent abuse and bullying and self-esteem.
Designed to teach young children how to reduce the dangers that they face, these programmes have successfully reduced the number of fatal accidents in the areas where they are delivered.
In Diamond Jubilee year the CSEF is aiming to reach an additional 60,000 children in the most deprived areas of the UK. We are pleased to be able support them in this endeavour.
